Hi, I’m Casey and I love to make stuff. I love knitting and sewing and creating beautiful things. I’m inspired by nature and by things that make me happy. I have a baby who inspires me to make things as cute as she is. I live in the lovely city of Portland, where there are lots of creative and fabulous people. If you like my style, check back often to see what I’m up to and visit my etsy store, ThinkingMama.etsy.com.

Hello,
I saw your scarf pattern and had a question. If I do the variation of knitting one instead of two between the shells, (this is the white scarf with beads on the end.) what happens to the 3 stitches ? Would you mind sending me the rewritten pattern? or do you just cast on 39 stitches?
I am still fairly new at figuring out patterns but thought others may have the same question.
Love you site, what a cute baby!!
Thanks,
Jan
I think you should show all the things you have knitted in the past so we can see your talents. Maybe it would give us some ideas for special orders. The previous poster is right, that is a very cute little girl! Your husbands sweater is really nice. Are they for sale? Any other scarves for sale. I had a really nice one that I lost and would like to buy a replacement.
really great blog…

Hey, This is a very cool blog. I came upon your mini sweater christmas ornaments. I would really like a pattern if you could make one. They are very cute and would look so pretty on a package and on the tree.
Did you use DPN or regular neddles.
Anyway I have enjoyed this blog and will be back to check it out again. Have a great day and weekend
Kim
